Fantastic first time experience here for the problem with my tortoise. The vet was very knowledgeable. Found my pets problem and gave the right medical treatment the same day. Great advice given for her future to live a long and healthy life. Cannot fault anyone I met in this practice, the reception staff, the vet, all 5* Thank you x

Fantastic vets who are kind, thorough and explain everything and explore every avenue. A level of customer service very rarely seen in vets and as a first time user of an out of hours vets I can't recommend them enough.

This was my first time in a vet with my new kitten. I was reassured by the warm welcome from the receptionists and Lavinia the vet was excellent, explaining everything thoroughly. The vaccination went better than I expected. Thank you🥰.

Our little cat has some urinary issues. The vets and receptionists where fantastic. Brilliant team there with each member from front desk to all vet/nursing staff deserve praise. Have been to this vets a few times and have always been knowledgeable and professional. Shame some people done understand the stress that the job takes and how hard they all work! Massive thanks and love to all staff

I have recently got two kittens and they went in this morning for nuturing, the male is fine but the female could possibly die due to them drilling a hole in her spleen during surgery. This is horrible and if they are going to hire vets they should do it properly and hire the right people as now all I can do is hope. My kitten is not to blame it is these people for messing this surgery up. I can only hope for the best for my kitten now.
