Nose-to-tail health check
We're excited to announce that we're now offering a new nose-to-tail health check, discounted up to 25%. This includes a coat examination, body conditioning check, mobility assessment plus a flea, tick, teeth and ear check. If required your pet can also receive a nail clip. I was early for my appointment which gave me time to play games and help my dog to settle.. The vet took time to let binny investigate her surroundings.. She explained and reassured me about my dogs lumps and her teeth She took time to answer my questions. She had a good approach towards binny who is not normally so co-operative. Thank you

Just got a new kitten who l have now registered here, there's a lot of good vets out there but my last cat lived 19 year's thanks to the care she got from the Swanbridge practice that's worth five stars in my book

I was so concerned about my cat that hadn't stopped vomiting in 2 days and there was blood. They booked me in to see a vet within 45 minutes of the phone call, my cat was seen to straight away, he's only young so I was panicking the vet put my mind at ease, all was well just a stomach bug.

Thank you Paul Knot for looking after Benjamin this morning. Paul is a very caring vet takes care of your pets with such care and compassion and his expertise and knowledge is just first class. Benjamin is now home up to his mischief and feeling better and sends his love and thanks to Paul. It was lovely to meet the new vet who helped with Benjamins care and wish her well in her journey as a vet. Can we mention the girls are all lovely on reception nothing is too much trouble for them and they are so friendly just makes your visit less stressful. Thank you

I had to take my 11 year old Staffie cross to the out of hours vet this past weekend. After having a seizure I got some very good phone advice. Not long after she fitted again and the vet advised me to take her in. The vet and nurse on night shift were absolutely wonderful. After a full and frank discussion I made the decision to let her go. I cannot thank the 2 staff members enough for their kindness and compassion. I was even given a sympathy card with Gracie’s paw print and a little jar of her fur. I would highly recommend Medivet at Swanland for all your pet care.

We had to visit on Sunday 25th May with our very poorly Riley cat. The service we experienced was outstanding. Unfortunately our Riley was too poorly and we had to make the difficult decision to have her put to sleep. Every member of staff from that day and to today when we picked her up showed so much care and compassion. She’s come home and we have a wonderful card with her paw print and some fur to treasure forever. I’m not sure if I said thank you enough to the staff when we first took her in as it was all a blur but it gave me so much comfort knowing we left her with some amazing and dedicated staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve used many surgeries over the last 25 years, U.K. and in Europe, and nothing comes close to the care and dedication of these fabulous vets, nurses, assistants and receptionist at Swanland. Appointments are always a good length where you can discuss what’s going on, scientific reasoning, explanations on options and considerations. I believe I have had many more years of my dogs presence from this surgery’s knowledge. I have never felt pressured to ever take an option or sign up to anything I haven’t wanted to try. 10/10 on every scale.
