Physiotherapy
Veterinary Physiotherapy is rapidly becoming a popular tool for rehabilitation, using non-invasive techniques such as massage and stretching to aid animals' post-surgery. Veterinary Physiotherapists work alongside veterinary surgeons to help reduce pain, improve mobility and prevent the reoccurrence of injury. Veterinary physiotherapists assess and treat musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, combining movement analysis with anatomical knowledge to identify potential problems. A Veterinary Physiotherapist aims to improve the quality of life of every patient, using targeted exercises and therapies for the individual.

We're a Cat Friendly Clinic
Medivet Woodstock has been awarded a Silver Standard Cat-Friendly Clinic Award from the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM). This was in recognition of its efforts to create a cat-friendly practice and to reduce the stress suffered by feline patients during a visit.

Thank you to the incredible staff at this veterinary clinic. Our dog suffered a very intense dog attack and the staff were incredibly professional, compassionate and clear in their communication on costs, pricing and insurance. Despite there being only a few members of staff as it was out of hours, we felt our dog was in the best care and is on a well facilitated recovery. Thank you again for taking care of Lucy.

We have been coming to Medivet Woodstock for around 14 years now, yes they are more pricey but the care and compassion they give to our animals makes up for the price we wouldn't go anywhere else

I booked an emergency appointment on a busy Sunday evening after a hot day. My dog was sick and needed some attention but I was rather hoping for the right attention, not a car salesmen type of attention, trying to upsell injections. It was a really poor experience - rushed, mostly form filling and paying and very little human connection. We took our dog home instead of leaving her in their care and got very disdainful looks and words.

Medivet Woodstock helped save my dog's health, and likely his life. Manuel was incredibly caring, attentive and comprehensive during my broder collie's emergency appointment last Sunday. I have (as we all have) interacted with various vets over the years and I'll never forget his kindness when I (and my dog) needed it the most. Also thanks to Pam and Georgie (sorry if i got your names/spelling wrong!) for helping and swiftly accommodating me the moment i called last Sunday.
