Nurse Clinics
Our nurse clinics are a chance to speak to one of our warm and friendly nurses about various regular care topics. We can offer nurse clinics covering: weight control, dental checks, puppy & kitten care, 6 month MHP checks, blood pressure checks and support and advise on diabetes, arthritis and nutrition.

Diagnostic Imaging
We have a range of different Diagnostic Imaging equipment in our practice. We can offer digital x-rays, this can take a picture of your pets bones and can show us some internal organs. We have ultrasonography, which is a real time image of your pets internal organs.

We have a 10 year old cat that has always HATED vets, spits, bits and scratches anyone in a uniform on sight. So thanks Medivet on her rare trip to see the vet (annual jabs) she treated like a princess by your vet, wooed with treats and for the first time ever willingly came out of her box (treats left unattended) and was pretty well behaved throughout- Lucie says sorry for the bad language as the needle went in, just a slip of the tongue🐈

Such a warm welcoming atmosphere everytime I go, all the staff are chatty and happy. We've always been seen quickly and they always try to make the animals feel comfortable ❤️

We are a 5 cat family & have been going to Medivet Abingdon for nearly 10 years now. The Abingdon Medivet team are so lovely & we couldn't be more thankful for their professionalism, compassion & knowledge. The recent make over was also wonderful to see.
