Receptionists and secretaries are so polite, kind and helpful. Never an issue getting seen or getting mens etc etc. Dr Alexander is just the most lovely vet ever! We have found it can be hard finding a cat-person vet, but Dr Alex understands cats so perfectly. He gives them so much time, and is super sensitive to doing everything possible to keep them calm and comforted throughout an exam. We have one cat who is very geriatric also, and Dr Alexander really understands the balance of treating him to optimize his quality of life without being over invasive. He has the perfect, pragmatic and supportive approach to senior animals. Would recommend this vet to any cat owner.

All the staff at Medivet are so kind and supportive! I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere. We’re always seen to on time and I’ve personally found the healthcare plan to be more affordable compared to other vet prices in the local area. It’s also a cat friendly practice, my cats are made to feel comfortable every time we’ve come for a check up. I’m always reassured that they’re receiving the best care and treatment possible.

Fantastic vets, they always make such a fuss of our little "Teddy" whenever we visit. Every single member of staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Alexander the vet was amazing with my dog Desi and very patient when explaining things. Put me at ease immediately. Also the receptionist was very warm and welcoming- an excellent practice!
