Medivet has been an absolute blessing for me and my babies. It all started when we registered Brian, a stray cat we’d taken in. The kindness, expertise, and genuine love shown by every vet and nurse from his initial vaccination appointment to his neutering and beyond convinced me to switch my 2 other babies here too. When Boris suffered an injury shortly after we registered him, the team went above and beyond. He was seen within 45 minutes of calling. Jade, the vet, was so gentle and caring that even in discomfort, Boris couldn’t resist giving her affection - he’s a sensitive boy and sensed her warmth and kind soul immediately. The next morning, Rachael, the surgeon at Sherwood, performed a procedure to help him that had Boris back to his happy, pain-free self overnight. His post-op check with Jade the following day was just as wonderful. He showered her with grateful head bumps while he was being checked over. He ADORED Jade! Every single staff member has been amazing to us. From the lovely receptionist, to Nicole, the nurse who cared for my Brian and Boris, to Jade and Rachael, who Boris absolutely adores. The care here is unmatched. In fact, Boris was even nominated for a Brave Heart Award for how well he handled everything which is such a lovely touch. After experiencing such dedication and compassion from the ENTIRE team at both Arnold and Sherwood, I can confidently recommend Medivet to anyone and everyone. My babies and I have never felt so well cared for, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. If you want a vet practice that treats your pets like family, definitely take them here. 🫶

Took my cat Ellie, here yesterday. We saw Dinesha and she was amazing with our now senior puss! Highly recommended and will be using for our boy, Julius Caesar too. EDIT - Unfortunately, Ellie passed away on the 3rd June. We saw Jade on that day and her care and compassion at that time was second to none. I could not have asked for a more peaceful passing for Ellie. So Thankyou so much!

Absolutely horrible, we took my cat here a few years ago and we had to put him down, they then proceeded to send us a Christmas card , the cheek of it was crazy, do not come here!

My experiences with Medivet Coppice Road are usually positive but my last visit on 9th May was less so. I didn't feel that Lucy was given the attention she usually gets - and I had also asked for the Progam Flea Injection that all my cats have had for years. The rescue cat, Lucy, that I now have is very difficult to handle and I can't do it on my own. I was told that they didn't have it in stock but would text me when it could be done. However, the text just said that it was something they no longer do - no alternatives, no advice, nothing. Last year, after being denied, she did have it - after all, I'm paying for it!! Somewhat disgruntled!, S M Tucker
