My boyfriend and I just welcomed our first dog — a lovely miniature dachshund puppy named Evie! As new pet parents, we had so many questions and doubts, but Medivet has been absolutely amazing from the start. They reached out to me straight after I registered Evie online, and I was able to book her first appointment right away. Everyone we met was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. When the time comes and you know that you must say goodbye to a much loved (12 year old cat) who has been on borrowed time for the last 7 years, (anticipated he would not last six months at that time) due to a heart defect . We have had Jasper for all those extra years due to the diligence, interest, and care together with professional advice, medication plus regular checks ups. Miha and the team have been supportive throughout, and showed great empathy which is very much appreciated particularly at this sad time. They are a very special team.

We’ve been bringing our pets to MediVet Battersea since 2008, when we had our three much-loved cats: Janosh, Basil, and Alfons. Sadly, Janosh and Basil have passed on, but Alfons is still with us; now a sprightly 19-year-old, and still going strong! Dr. Miha joined the practice later and became a Branch Partner at MediVet Battersea in 2012. Since then, he’s made such a difference to Alfons’ care. He’s everything you could hope for in a vet: calm, thoughtful, incredibly knowledgeable, and always kind. It’s clear how much he genuinely cares, and he always takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, which we appreciate. The whole team at MediVet Battersea is absolutely fantastic - friendly, professional, and always gentle with the animals. Whether it’s been a routine check-up or a more worrying visit, we’ve always felt entirely supported and reassured. We honestly don’t know where we’d be without them, especially now, as Alfons enjoys his golden years. Thanks to their care and attention, he’s still living a happy, comfortable life, and we’re so grateful. A huge thank you to Dr. Miha and the entire team; we wouldn’t trust Alfons with anyone else.
