Prebooked appointment, medication ordered not available, vet refused to do blood pressure test as nurse not available, he then knocked cat carrier to floor and walked out of the room. No apology, no compensation offered. I have already reported terminal damage to carrier, and general incompetence of vet, and have written to your head office.

Such a welcoming practice in particular Rachel one of the nurses, Rachel has and always is most helpful and kind. She really is the face on reception that you are grateful to see and even when calling she knows who her clients are. 5* goes to Rachel thank you and please send my thanks on. Really to appreciate all she does and the practice offer, especially now our practice has a more permanent vet which helps. Thank you Medivet and Rachel.

Staff are friendly and very professional. They always go out of their way to get you the earliest appointment possible, and they have been very patient and helpful with our dog who is very anxious. Happy to recommend the service.

I am really pleased with Medivet Bearsted. Staff is super friendly. The waiting area has cookies and water for pets and even a parking station for dogs. Very clean environment and always nice to see some decorations for the upcoming holidays. It's very easy to book appointments via internet, straight forward site, or even via phone call. When my little pet friend is due vaccination or any treatment, they always send a text message to notify me when it's due. I would highly recommend this surgery to those people who have pet friends and they want them to be treated well.

Great practice friendly professional and have a great pet payment plan. They even register the microchip for you instead of you having to do it yourself via online at home. Everything is explained step by step so you know exactly what is happening.
