Went for Theo's routine booster injection and general health check. Staff were friendly, professional and the vet gave me good advice about his skin condition. Only criticism is the reception area is small and really only enough room for 2 dog at a time in that area.

Friendly staff, but have to say Lisa you are not allowed holiday. Found it really hard to get help this week and was fob off with someone will Call you later which never arrived. Yet when I speak with Lisa she will try and sort everything there and then and when she can’t she will always ring back the same day once she found out the information. Lisa always goes above and beyond shame about the rest off the staff

It was very pleasant visit, staff was very helpful and attentive. There was no delay, we were seen on our schedule appointment. Very happy with this vet service

I’ve been bringing my two rabbits to this practice for nearly six years, and they’ve always been cared for with such kindness and professionalism by the whole team. Recently, I had a scare when my boy Milo stopped eating—he was admitted straight away, and they even organised a pet ambulance to transfer him to the Leamington Spa 24-hour clinic, as I didn’t have transport available at the time. They consistently go above and beyond for every animal in their care. Rabbits are complex creatures, and although this isn’t an exotic veterinary practice, they never stopped trying to save his life. Milo went nearly three days without eating, and I’m incredibly relieved to have him back home now—happy, playful, and back to his usual self. Huge thanks to Lilly, Frankie, Andrea and everyone at the practice, as well as the staff at the Leamington Spa clinic who watched over him so lovingly.

I have used these vets for years. When they got taken over by medi vet I thought I would have to find another vets. But I gave them a change first. I’m glad I did they are so efficient and friendly. They care about your animals

Reception staff were cherrfu and attentive. Vet was thorough and careful when examining our dog. Discussed the examination with us and gave relevant steps moving forward.

Highly recommend this branch of Medivet. My cat was involved in a road accident. I called and I was able to bring my cat to vets within the hour and my cat was seen right away. My cat was kept in for the day to have tests and be treated. Luckily, he’ll make a full recovery. The vet, nurses & all staff were so helpful, caring and welcoming. Thank you so much.
