We took our puppy here for her vaccinations and had a great experience! The staff were friendly, caring, and explained everything clearly. The vets were gentle, and our puppy stayed calm the whole time. The clinic was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Appointment was 40 minutes late which meant my dog got very disturbed and agitated. I arrived 5 minutes early which was 45 minutes waiting time. Not good!

Have used this veterinary practice for a number of years, and have always found them to be very caring towards my pet's needs. Just a real shame they are so very very expensive!! Medivet are an absolute rip off organisation, I feel so sorry for the people who work there seeing people pay such expensive bills. Staff are always really helpful and attentive, would recommend Medivet take a look at their pricing structure which is criminal to say the least.

First time using medivet. Best experience I’ve had with a vet so far! Was super easy to book an appointment online. The waiting area was clean and quiet and we were seen quickly and my pets problem sorted and for a good price! Would highly recommend!

I just took one of our dogs across for her 6 month health check as part of her health plan. Our usual vet wasn’t on it was stand in vets who were very nice but I do prefer to see our normal vet as Millie seemed very nervous which hasn’t happened before so the check wasn’t a great success. But we do enjoy going to this vets as they are very friendly.

As a loyal customer of this practice for over 20 years with various pets, I have deregistered my dog with Medivet. Today I arrived 4 minutes late for a quick routine appointment, to be told, in front of the only waiting client, that my appointment was cancelled due to my lateness. There was no consideration given for the reason why I was delayed, just a cold offer to rebook the following week. I could have accepted this without comment if the waiting room had been full or I was booked in for a lengthy consultation. If this new receptionist is the representation of the care and values of Medivet Burton then I choose to take custom to another practice who value their clients.
