My CATS have been signed up over a year. Previously we have had very negative experience with veterinary so we were skeptical and in hope of better care , based on first impressions it was amazing from the first walk in, Calming blankets , calming detox to calm them on their visit. They are very patient and gentle with animals, it surprised my previously vet labelled “ aggressive “ cat . The care we get is worth every penny , my cats don’t live in fear anymore of going to the vets. My “ aggressive” cat is not labelled as that anymore, but more just stressed and anxious. This made the visits better for everyone as they were treated with kindness. I’m grateful to be with MEDIVET , the staff are amazing and very helpful.

This practise is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they really take to time to explain things clearly! My cat is always treated with such care when he visits and I couldn't be happier with this service!

Today I had to say goodbye to my wonderful spaniel, Sam and it has been heartbreaking but I need to say a huge thank you to them all, of course (vet Ursula)but especially Sarah who was so kind and understanding

I have two cats, and the waiting area not only had pet calming plug-ins but also lots of blankets with calming sprays really made a difference. Both Claire and Sarah are always friendly and caring not only to my cats but to others as well is very reassuring. Recently, I had to take one of my cats directly to the Dartfort 24hr hospital out of hours with an overnight stay. When it come to enquiring and asking for assistance on insurance, that branch flat out refuse to assist and was quite dismissive. Luckily, Claire at Chafford Hundred branch was willing to assist even though it had nothing to do with them, which is a testament to the team at Chafford Hundred!
