Claire welcomed Henry & I like old friends. I feel really valued as a customer & Henry isn't too anxious. I emailed Clair in advance to ask that 6 months worth of his arthritis medication be ready to collect on the day of his appointment. It was ready & waiting for us along with his flea & worm treatment that's part of his vet plan. Henry had his annual vaccination yesterday. The vet gave him a thorough check over too. I'm really happy with how Henry's cared for at Medivet.

The staff make this place more than a veterinary practice. You can feel their love and dedication that develops into trust. I know Theodore is in super safe hands whenever he needs to go to see his good friends Claire and Jo and last visit he made a new friend Marco (the staff at Medivet Croydon).
