Took my dog Jessica to the local Medivet's for her monthly treatment. She was seen very quickly and the medication was given to Jessica successfully. The staff were very kind and professional. The waiting room was spotlessly clean with chairs to sit down on to wait until called

It is incredible hard to find the right vet for your dog and you, Lavinia has been incredible and I highly recommend her. Her love for animals is clear as is her knowledge, and experience. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her specifically.

They closed the previous location on Ashley Road and have told me to use this site now. Frankly it's such a downgrade and I am reconsidering my choices when it comes to pet care because of it. There's not adequate parking for patients, even the old site was sometimes a struggle but now there really isn't any usable parking. I had to park on a nearby road and walk around with the cat carrier. The care is great and the staff care, but they appear to be crawling over each other because of the small size of the office

If I could give more than 5 starts for the review I would. The care and advice received for my dog was beyond expectations, right from the front desk. Our vet surgeon Lavinia did the neatest incision possible in a highly tricky area that aided fast healing. And my dog? He leaps out of the car and pulls me up to the reception desk even after his surgery!

Very different dealing with Medivet as opposed to an independent vetinary practice. Medivet buy these private practices and then close them down. So many foreign locum vets that you never see the same vet twice. It’s not a personal service but all about the money with Medivet.

The vet was really good at handling my nervous dog to such an extent she was totally relaxed when being examined

* Although we’re happy to see these pets at the practice, we advise checking with us that the vet who can offer the service is available on the day of your preferred booking.
