Very caring and kind, not just to our darling cats but to owners too!! Very special thanks to the wonderful receptionist Pauline who went way beyond the call of duty to call by to our home on a Sunday to give us support, encouragement and treats to help our dearest little elderly puss Sox to take her tablets. Very sadly Sox had to be put to sleep the following day.Pauline was truly an angel to us all at that very difficult time. Also special thank you to Ejaz our amazing vet! Always so very kind, gentle and caring for our dearly loved cat family. Ejaz s wisdom is always much appreciated . What’s more most importantly our cats like him too!!!!! Thank you sincerely. I have been bringing my family dog and cats for many years now, all the staff are always friendly and helpful, the vets are all lovely. When we had to have our dog, Storm, put to sleep last year, all the staff were sad, ashe had been going regularly for red light therapy on his back legs. The staff are like family. X

I wouldn't use any other vets to be honest. The staff are great as they genuinely care about the animals that come to see them. Waiting area & consultation rooms are always clean & tidy
