Always trusted and been happy with the care given here,but my recent appointment felt very rushed, Murph came for Anal glands and a general check up which I pay monthly for. I had to ask for him to be weighed and check him over! Shame! I would also like to ask would be to open on a sat for people that work all week and are unable to get appointments in the week?

Our new addition first appointment- lovely greeting from extremely pleasant young lady on reception. Seamless registration and plan set up all costs clear and easy. Short wait for an absolutely wonderful Vet - he was lovely with our nervous young man, clear and informative about our way forward. Whole place is clean very well presented and comfortable, staff are caring and obviously doing a job they love. I cannot rate the practice high enough.

my budgie was sent from anna house folkestone and was seen by alex a vet i have encountered before he is very good just awaiting test results on the bird
Although we’re happy to see these pets at the practice, we advise checking with us that the vet who can offer the service is available on the day of your preferred booking. Pet travel documents involve a lengthy process - please ensure you discuss with the clinic with plenty of time before you plan to travel.
