I paid £800 for a dental operation for my cat at Medivet Fulham, and it’s been nothing but stress ever since. My cat developed clear post-op complications nasal discharge, sneezing, and breathing issues within weeks of the procedure. I brought her back twice, raised my concerns multiple times, and was completely dismissed. They kept telling me to stay on antibiotics and tried to blame her nose, even though she’s an indoor cat. I suggested it could be something caused by the surgery like a fistula and was told I was wrong. Now they want me to pay again to investigate the issue. My cat is now suffering she’s in pain, struggling to breathe, and still they want more money from me. I’ve already spent over £1,000, and they’ve shown no real concern, urgency, or responsibility for her declining condition. All they care about is money. There’s no proper aftercare, no real concern for your pet, and no accountability. If you love your pet, go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a lovely veterinarian , Georgia was so kind & gentle with my nervous cat Sachi & Clover if I read his name badge correctly ,the little 4 legged greeter of customers was wonderful . A great Vet would highly recommend.Thank you for your advice & help yesterday .

Took my puppy for 2nd vaccination, felt like the vet was just trying to sell to me, wanted to charge me for an unnecessary vaccine... Just didn't appreciate the way he put it, "you need to pay twice", second vaccine price almost £90 when others charge 20-50 pounds.. Also came out 7 minutes late and wasn't seeing another animal, so doesn't respect people's time... I will not be going back, as they are just sales people.. Tried to put me off cooking meals for my puppy.. Crazy!

The staff at this practice are wonderful. I have been coming here for many years and would not go anywhere else. They are always friendly and polite.
