They will only offer you the most expensive treatment option, over the wellbeing of your pet. They wanted to do a lump removal on my dog before they could even be sure it wasn’t an insect bite. Tried to complain, waited three weeks for a response to my email only to be fobbed off and then they stopped replying to emails. Reception is lovely but management is appalling.
