We had a wonderful experience at MediVet Hampstead garden Suburd . From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The first person who checked on our pet Teddo was the nurse, Hanyeh. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and had a lovely smile that immediately put us at ease. The reception team, especially Nina, also greeted us with warmth and a smile, making the whole environment feel comfortable and inviting. Our vet, Waseema, was outstanding. She was very friendly, a great listener, and extremely attentive to every detail. She explained all procedures clearly, offered the best advice, and showed genuine compassion and care for Teddo. Her excellent communication and professionalism stood out, along with her clear commitment to staying updated on the latest veterinary practices. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-quality, compassionate veterinary care!

There are no words great enough to fully express the depth of my gratitude to this remarkable team. I want to thank each and every one of you for the kindness, patience, and compassion you showed my beloved Chloe. To Dear Waseema and Beccy, my deepest thanks for your exceptional care, your warmth, and the tenderness you gave Chloe and me. Chloe was treated with dignity and love until the very end and that means more to me than words can say. To the rest of entire team behind the scenes thank you for your dedication, your compassion. Every one of you contributed to making Chloe’s final days as peaceful and dignified as possible. I will cherish your care and compassion forever.

The prices are honestly extortionate. We had to sedate the dog as it got a grass stuck in his ear. So removal of that grass blade in that whole procedure together with antibiotic ended up costing nearly £800. My wife protested against the price and that was lowered to about £650. I think this practice has lost touch with reality around what people earn given their privileged location in the area. Will try to avoid next time.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff (including on reception). Vet Becky is absolutely lovely and has such a calm, reassuring manner. Feel like my pup is in great hands.
