I took my whippet for her annual vaccination and check up, yesterday . She also had her nails trimmed . The vet was very patient with her, as she wasn't keen on having her nails trimmed . The staff are all friendly and helpful. Everything went well.

All the staff are fantastic, and the vet we saw with our 2 black cats was so patient as they were here there and everywhere getting up to mischief

Took my little kitten for a free check up. Also to have her nails clipped a bit. The lady VET was very gentle and explained the ins and outs of neutering a small cat. Very interesting. Reception staff welcoming and the visit went smoothly with no delays. This is a lovely, clean and calm surgery with a good car park. Thank you Heacham.

I was very disappointed on my 2nd visit to heacham Medivets, this time to get my dogs annual vaccinations. He normally has his booster and then a Lepto 2 jab. They only do Lepto 4 jab this meant he would have to have a follow up appointment for a further jab. This would then cost me a further appointment fee plus a further jab fee. I was not amused at this extra cost. Told the vet I would get it done elsewhere. Surely vets should be trying to keep costs down for pet owners NOT inflating them. I WILL be registering my dog elsewhere.
