Weight management clinics
Our free weight management nurse clinics are designed to help pets maintain a healthy weight throughout their lives. Our Head Nurse has completed the Royal Canin weight management course and understands the importance of a healthy weight to prevent diabetes and heart disease.

Dental care clinics
Dental disease is incredibly common in pets, so our dental care clinics are designed to help you keep your pet’s teeth in top condition. These clinics are delivered by our Head Nurse, Charlotte, who holds a British Veterinary Nursing Association Certificate in Oral Care.

My Labrador drags me into see Sharon she loves it here so much. The best practice on the Wirral. The team are genuine animal lovers and it shows. What we love the most is that we see Sharon every visit so that there is continuity of care. Don't go anywhere else.

Sharon and her team have been looking after my shih tzu for several years .Unfortunately he developed diabetes two years ago .I was amazed how Sharon kept him going for that long ..sadly last month his condition deteriorated and I was left with the painful decision to have him put to sleep.Sophie was absolutely fantastic and made his passing as comfortable as possible and I was able to be with him in his final moments.I can sum up my views in two words: compassion and professionalism.Thank to everyone for all that you have done .

Excellent place definitely put any animals needs first and the staff are amazing and friendly,, I adopted a young feral kitten who had a broken hip (from the Heswall branch ) when she was found and faced euthanasia but they fixed her and funded the operation , this place relies on donations and so many animals are healthy and have found happy homes due to medivet .
