Your very kind Staff at Kenton & Hendon treated Flossie our Tortishell cat with dignity, care, gentleness and extreem kindness, during her recent illness. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you for everything. They explained everything and were very patient with us through all the treatment, to eventually making the huge decision to part with her. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, sorry I didnt get their names. The vet was very kind and caring when examining my cat. She answered any questions I had and was very understanding about the concerns I had. A treatment plan has been put in place for my senior cat which will hopefully help her to get better. Thank you.

The staff maybe very friendly but useless. Me and my partner don't want to even go to this place anymore as every visit in this Medivet is pointless. They cannot find any solutions. Each time they look for them in a medical book or research online in the front of us what shows how unknowledgeable they are. Last visit we paid £230 for a test and the results we supposed to get on the begining of the last week. No results and no money. This please is a waste of time

Thank you for all your help with Basha this morning! She was lost for almost 24 hours, brought to the Kenton practice by wonderful people to whom we are eternally grateful! Medi Vet Kenton - absolutely brilliant! Young lady at the desk (I was too happy to even take her name🙈), looked after our dog as it was her own! Amazing! Obviously pet lovers there🥰. Thank you ever so much!

The receptionist is the worst. My vet is really friendly and professional, but I don't want to call or visit because of the horrible receptionist. She is unfriendly, doesn't do her job properly, and has zero concern for her clients. I'll be moving to another vet clinic.
