I’m a fairly new first-time CatMum and I’ve really appreciated the friendliness of the current team at the Medivet Kingsbury location, especially Olivia and Chris from whom I seek advice and it’s always forthcoming and relevant. There will be a staff change this month as in most Medivet places and I just want to give my appreciation to Olivia who has made me a near-confident cat owner. She is leaving shortly and I wish her well. I am very happy with the choice of vet I made last year.

Took my British bulldog and French bulldog to get their nails clipped. They were extremely friendly caring professional. My dog felt extremely comfortable having their claws done Couldn’t be happier.

Vet clinics these days are sadly owned by private equity firms, so I’m not reviewing the clinic but rather the vet. Hinnah Rehman, lead vet surgeon. She’s a great vet, both professionally and empathetically as a human being, who helped us and our pug Jack on his last few months. We’d thoroughly recommend her services.

After years of going to various veterinary practices, I finally found peace of mind at MediVet Kingsbury. My beloved dog had been treated for cancer which came back and wasn't picked up due to the negligence of the Vets at another practice. I brought her to MediVet Kingsbury and the care she received from day one was exceptional. They immediately put her on a treatment plan and conducted the right procedures to give her the best, most comfortable and longest time possible with me. During regular visits they would thoroughly assess her and amend the plan as needed to keep her pain free. The entire staff were so compassionate and invested in her health all the way through her final day with us. The nurses, Ros and Lauren, have such a gentle and positive presence. They were so delicate and took such care to give me beautiful mementos of my baby which provided me some solace in the darkest time. Soon after, when the new fur babies entered my life, a boisterous Border Collie and a stray kitten, I knew exactly where to go to set them up for the longest, healthiest life possible. Their Vets always take the time to listen to concerns and to assess the animals - you never feel rushed or dismissed. The receptionist is as kind and helpful by phone as he is in person; doing everything he can to accommodate our needs and answer our questions. The whole team at the practice provides extraordinary service and care. I'm forever grateful.
