Vets are like many things, find one that suits and it's a place for life...or in a vets case, the pets life. So far, so good, reception team seem ace and the vet was very open. Good medical plan also.

After a 5 minute appointment the vet (woman with short blonde hair) said we needed to put our dog to sleep as the tests and additional appointments he needed would be very expensive and as he’s old and overweight ‘it’s not worth it’. We had the tests and got a much better outlook and an actual diagnosis. The way the vet acted was disgusting especially when we said we wanted a referral for additional tests. She then disappeared and never came back. The nurses were fantastic and got us a referral immediately and took care of us after the vet abandoned us. They are excellent a shame the vets aren’t the same
