I called to register with the vets and was really impressed with how efficient they were in getting everything set up. The practice is lovely and clean, with none of the usual animal smells — a refreshing change from other places. Johan was an absolute dream and made me feel really reassured.

My Mollie was so poorly last week. I telephoned Medi vet they told me to bring her straight in. The following morning Mollie had an emergency operation. Today we had to return for a check up and Mollie is doing amazing. Massive thanks to all the staff from receptionists to the vet. If it wasn't for all of you I'm sure Mollie wouldn't be here today. Would recommend 100%

Joao is a great vet and took great care to give my cat a comprehensive examination and offer general advice in addition to the annual immunisation jabs. 5 stars! The only reason for 3 stars is having to wait over 30 minutes after the arranged appointment time and only to be given an explanation and a very slight apology after I took the opportunity to ask how much longer I would have to wait. In the event of an emergency I would understand but in this case, a proactive explanation & apology from the receptionist would have been appreciated.
