Services we offer

With our 15-minute consultations, you have enough time to ask our expert vets any - and every - question you might have regarding your pet’s health and lifestyle.

Some of our practices use acupuncture to give pets a gentle yet effective pain relief for a number of conditions.

Caring for all aspects of your pet’s oral health is easy with our excellent dental facilities.

An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple, non-invasive test used to detect certain defects in your pet’s heart.

We know that sometimes it just isn’t possible for you or your pet to travel into one of our practices to receive care. At times like this, our capable and compassionate veterinary teams often offer at home visits.

Quick and efficient testing at our state-of-the-art in-house laboratories is just one aspect of the exceptional care we offer.

A pet ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique used to view your pet's internal organs and identify potential issues.

We use x-ray machines to quickly diagnose issues that might affect your pet.

I have a university degree in criminology with psychology. I am hoping to train as a veterinary nurse in the future. In my spare time I like walking dogs for neighbours, arts and crafts and reading.

I have over 20 years experience in the veterinary industry after joining the practice in 1998. My role here is practice coordinator and patient care assistant. I look after the insurance claims in branch and manage the day to day running of the practice, along with caring for our patients that visit for routine appointments or who are coming in for procedures. I enjoy building good relationships with the local community and in my spare time I like to unwind with my family and Hydie, my Cornish Rex who is 17 years old.

Took my cat to Medivet Morden last week for a health and lump check. Sarah Pitt-Bailey is excellent and I am so pleased she was there to see my boy. Great service and experience.

We wanted to express our grateful regards to Morden Medivet practice for the caring attitude and generosity they are treating us and our pet with. Our cat has lost her appetite recently and their teamwork is working towards Holly’s recovery with consideration and kindness. All the team has been very helpful and today we have been seen by Suleyman, a new member of the team that we have found very sensitive and explicative. Thank You Suleyman, Mel, Chloe, Claire and Sarah… (and the vet that has seen Holly on Monday!) and whoever I haven’t mentioned that helps making this practice reliable and professional🐾

Wonderful Vet! Have had such a positive experience since joining in August 2024 with our cat Clark. Appointments availability is great and the monthly plan is fantastic. All the staff are very helpful and professional and effiicent. The environment is not only very clean but also very calming. Exactly what you want.

I just want to thank the vet and her staff at Medivet on Tuesday, 18th March 2025 - you know who you are. You dealt with my cats problems well and sympathetically, but not only that, it was an evening of emergencies and some clients being unnecessarily rude and abusive to an already stretched practice. Well done for the calm way in which you dealt with some very difficult situations. Many people would have lost their cool.

I accompanied my sister to have her 19-year-old dog put to sleep, and the experience was absolutely heartbreaking—not just because of the situation, but because of the way we were treated by the staff. We had a 6 PM appointment, arrived on time, and were told there was a slight delay. We ended up waiting for over an hour, and watched as other people were seen before us, even though we had been assured we were next. When we finally spoke to the vet, she was extremely rude and showed zero compassion. Instead of acknowledging our wait or apologising for the delay, she told us we should go to another vet. This was after already waiting over an hour with a fragile, elderly dog in pain. To add insult to injury, we were then informed that the cost would now be higher because it was considered “after hours”—even though we had arrived on time for our appointment. The lack of empathy and basic decency shown by both the vet and the reception staff was appalling. They made an already devastating situation so much worse. I wouldn’t trust this clinic to care for any animal based on the complete indifference they showed that day. Truly disappointing and unacceptable.

A very good vet practise . I love Dr. Sarah and so does my cats. Melinda and Claire are also very lovely and listens to you . Just that consultancy / vet appointments prices can sometimes be very high .....and wished Medivet offered some support/some sort of exemption/discount for those on disability benefits.
