Nose-to-tail health check
We're excited to announce that we're now offering a new nose-to-tail health check, discounted up to 25%. This includes a coat examination, body conditioning check, mobility assessment plus a flea, tick, teeth and ear check. If required your pet can also receive a nail clip. Every experience I've had with medivet oadby has been amazing. They're brilliant with my cats, and I get informative emails including what can be dangerous for animal, which some I wasn't even aware of. I recently fell ill in the practice and had a fall. The staff looked after me really well and made sure my cat was looked after and fed him. They offered to keep my cat for 2 days, no charge, whilst I go hospital and get sorted. I can't thank the staff enough for the help I received and the care my cats have received. Staff were so supportive when I had to get my other cat euthanized last year. I got paw prints, nose print and a lovely card. I'd 1000% recommend medivet oadby to anyone! Thank you so much for all you do!

Was in and out in 10 min max for nose to tail check. The invite suggested a much more in depth appointment. However I knew he was well and this was an apparent perk of his insurance policy. I declined the suggestion of a tooth scale and polish that I have no idea how much would have cost and went and bought him some dentistix instead!

Despite online stating that you can get a refund on the excess paid for their care plan, Oadby Medivet flat out refused stating " It's like a gym membership". I asked for a complaint form and a breakdown on how much I've overpaid. Of course this wasn't sent. I called an hour later to ask for it again and it still hasn't been sent. I am disgusted with this service. Other vets will send out flea and worm treatment with no postage charge, not Medivet. I am so disgusted with their awful customer service.
