Have been with Afri vet for a long time but today was trying to phone them from 9 am this morning it’s now 11.24 still in a queue may I suggest if you have nobody to man your phone lines you switch to answer machine it’s very frustrating

I went to them as that was my usual vet clinic ...but it changet management Despite i told the vet that my cat needed the injection, he keeps going to tell me he didn't...and he suggested me the drop that I know they wasn't working... Result ...I had to spend an extra 100 pounds as I went back for the much needed injection.... If anyone can suggest another vet I'll be very grateful Medivet is all about taking money and not hearing what the pets need !!!

So first of all the vet seen was amazing with my puppy! He was caring and interactive with trevor (puppy)... on a side note there was a a incoming pet who would have to be put to rest and they put a candle out with a note in a frame and they prepared the room for a peaceful quiet calm environment for that owner and that pet. I have recently had my oldest boy put to rest at another practice and it was done in a room that was open to another room where they was giving flea treatment to another dog and they was laughing and joking while I was holding my boy in his final moments. The respect and kindness i felt in a few short moments within this surgery for not only the owners but the pets was undeniable. well done guys you restored my faith in humanity 👏

We have 3 pets and they have all recently been to Medivet Parkstone. I can’t recommend Anna the vet highly enough, she is so thorough, caring and absolutely lovely and in our opinion a brilliant vet. So happy she is at Medivet Parkstone.
