I’ve been the lead vet here since August 2017. I graduated from Lisbon Technical University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2004, then completed an internship at Hannover University's School of Veterinary Medicine before starting to work in practice in the UK. Over the years I’ve developed an interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, and in December 2016, obtained the BSAVA's Post Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery. I’m passionate about research into veterinary medicine and surgery and strive to offer the best advice and care available to my patients. Outside of work, I live in Lincolnshire with my wife, who is also a veterinary surgeon, and my two daughters.

We had been considering switching our vet to the one most local to us prior to our cat becoming ill, purely for convenience. Our recent experience has changed that completely! The love this practice has for animals is evident from the minute you walk in (separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, blankets to place over cat carriers to reduce stress) or call. All the staff are friendly, helpful and always act in the best interests of your pet. I felt confident that our cat would receive the best care right from the outset. He's back with us again now, happy and contented, after giving us quite a scare! Thank you all.

I attended this week for a check up as l hadn't been for sometime, the nurse weighed Holly, checked her over, answered any questions I had and that she was in a good state of health putting my mind at rest. I'm very happy with the way all the staff treat both customers and their pets, I wouldn't have any doubt in recommending medivet Bretton to anyone

Fantastic veterinary practice that excel in their service to both customers & their pets. After initially trying a couple of vets in Peterborough, I found MediVet (previously Nuvet), have super seeded my expectations & my pets’ health care by enabling the combination of Holistic Veterinary Care (different practice) alongside Conventional Veterinary Care. My pets are, most probably, extremely grateful for helping in extend their lives by approx 20% above average. Highly recommended 11/10!
