We’ve been taking our cat Tyson to Medivet Pinner, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and patience the team has shown. Tyson is not the easiest cat to handle—he’s strong-willed, very sensitive to being touched, and has made past vet visits quite stressful. However, the staff at Medivet Pinner took the time to understand his temperament and handled him with calm confidence and real compassion. From the reception team to the vets and nurses, everyone was professional, gentle, and reassuring—not just with Tyson, but with us as well. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently to minimize his stress, and made the whole experience much smoother than we expected. It’s clear they care deeply about animal welfare and treat each pet as an individual. Highly recommend Medivet Pinner, especially if your pet needs a bit of extra understanding and care

Been with Medivet Pinner since we got our dog 4 and a bit years ago - service has always been fantastic, with vets who take great care of the animals and a good appointment booking and prescription ordering/pickup system. Not had any issues with being able to get an appointment, and being in the middle of a cancer removal and investigation through them at the moment, they’ve been wonderfully supportive and prompt to get our girl booked in so that the tumour was removed the day after they received pathology results saying it was cancerous. Would thoroughly recommend the practise!

The most amazing vets in the world. Nothing is too much bother for them . They treat my boys as part of the family . Very caring and understanding. Reena and her team always take time to explain everything and don’t pile money onto your bill . Very reasonably priced. Nathalie is an amazing vet too and has gone above and beyond for my boys and has even worked so late into the evening to research and get an answer to my paddies problem . Truly dedicated staff . The nurses really care and love my boys and give them lots of cuddles when they are there again going above and beyond . A truly dedicated and caring team . Thank you so much .

Been with Medivet Pinner for 30 years now - the best vets and the best care. Never feel rushed in a consult - always made to feel like you and your pets are the only clients. The staff also work with you and involve you in your pet's care, rather than just telling you what should be done and leaving it at that. Overall, a fantastic practice - your furry friends would be lucky to be registered here!
