We had an absolutely amazing experience with Ben and the team at Medivet East Midlands. Even though the situation was stressful, they made it feel so much more manageable with their kindness, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to really understand what was going on and treated us (and our pet!) with so much compassion. They booked us in super quickly, were incredibly responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. You can really tell they love what they do and care deeply about the animals and families they support. Couldn’t recommend them more! ❤️

Very good experience, was feeling more comfortable after conversation with Vet about ours labrador Diesel , who was having operation for cruciate ligament, was explained what's happened and what's going to happen during operation. Friendly staff as well.

At my lowest eb (In Oct 2023) my frenchie became ill and needed an MRI. My local vet referred me to somewhere in Lincolnshire miles away that demanded extortionate amounts of money that I could not afford even with a decent insurance policy. I thought I would have to give up my baby and that thought nearly finished me. Until a friend of mine suggested I try East Midlands referrals. And when I say they saved 2 lives that day I literally mean it! The level of compassion empathy that was shown towards not only me as a furbaby mama but also on a personal level was nothing I had ever experienced before. Stuart went above and beyond to find out the cause of my frenchie’s pain and whilst there eased my emotional pain and put me at ease explaining everything so i understood what was happening what the prognosis would be. Almost 18 months on I have a happy healthy mischievous frenchie and I am healing and in a better place. If ever my frenchie needed treatment again I know he would be in the best hands here.

We were recommended to Medivet Referrals East Midlands by our vet in the Midlands. We have a trusted veterinary practice that everyone uses, and we were unsure whether Stuart and his team would be the best option for our dog, who was suffering from IVDD symptoms. We couldn’t have been more wrong – Stuart and the team were fantastic. They provided great knowledge and understanding of what our dog was going through, recommending an MRI to diagnose the problem. Based on the results, Stuart advised that crate rest and medication were the best course of action, rather than surgery. Our dog is now making a fantastic recovery, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Medivet Referrals East Midlands again in the future.

Looked after my golden retriever so well to fix her leg. Patient, caring and excellent service. Easy to reach for advice and booking appointments. Vets explained in great detail the procedure, aftercare, costs.

Cannot speak highly enough of Stuart! Goes above and beyond whilst always maintaining the pets well being at the forefront of what he does. He is clearly exceptional at what he does, but also a genuinely nice person who makes you, as the pet owners, feel relaxed and in capable hands. 5 stars doesn’t do him justice

(Forgot to give feedback) ( 25th March 2023 ) My old vet advised me to put my dog to sleep due slipped disk (ivdd). I wasn't ready let my dog go. So, I refused and was looking for new vets until found this vet for second opinion. Wow, this vet literally saved my girl life. I forever grateful for that and never forgotten of the best DR Stuart. He was patient and understanding amazing person with us (myself deaf ). We communicated through write down notes. He explained everything make sure we understand. The staff also were so friendly ! My girl had mri straight away and gave right dosage meds. She don't need surgery! Still couldn't believe since two years ago and now my girl is still alive ! Thanks to Dr Stuart! Couldn't imagine without my girl Would definitely come back here again if anything happens to my girl! Thank you so much again! ❤️
