Hamish our labrador was a very reluctant patient - it took two vets to push him into the consulting room! The staff were both efficient and friendly; the one problem was having to wait 45 minutes after the time of our appointment to be seen.

Medivet Southfields are always incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff go above and beyond and always put the animals first. I have moved a fair distance from the practice, but still go there as I trust them a great deal and my animals have always received excellent treatment. We have known Rui for years and both he and the newer vets are wonderful.

Brilliant veterinarian Rui and the whole team were FANTASTIC in a crisis this week when our sweethearted working cocker, "Mister", needed urgent treatment and surgery. He was looked after with genuine warmth and kindness, as well as with professional experienced skill. When he was walked out of the recovery room, it was like he had just enjoyed a holiday with lovely people and he was bright, and happy with no sign of discomfort. We are very, very lucky to be able to have our precious boy be looked after so well. A huge thank you to Rui, Andrea, Maria, Kysha, Maria and Fatima. You set the example for how good a veterinary practice can be. With love and appreciation, from "Mister" and his dad, "Lol".

I love our vets, the team have always been so friendly and gentle with pets, even our very grumpy and anxious old cat. I will forever be grateful for the speed with which they were able to help him find comfort in his final minutes. Now, they are just as kind and warm with our puppy. I happy put my trust in them all.
