Highly recommend medivet!! Sophie, Ashleigh and the young girl on reception are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them!! Tom the vest is lovely and talks you through all your concerns with your pet!! Lovely lovely team xx

It was my first visit i was early and was seen straight away the vet was very helpful and so nice to my dog she answered all my questions and looked up things to help me. Explained everything to me in detail.

Shout out to Andrei at the St Helens branch. Kaiser had a not so great experience at another vets who refused to look inside his ears even though I explained he was constantly scratching them and making them bleed, it was a vicious cycle. Andrei gave us lots of information and he was very upfront and honest which goes a long way. Went theough rough costs before we agrees to proceed expalined the full breakdown of costs too. Kaiser was very chilled compared to the first place I took him who recommended us to bring him in to get use to staff. He just needs confident competent staff. Thank you Andrei! Top level care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Medivet St Helens are fabulous 🫶🏼 I am a frequent visitor with my two cats, Merry & Pippin, and the staff always make us feel so welcome and at ease. They go above and beyond to treat my boys, thank you 💖

Absolutely disgrace of experiences ive had with this vets. Every time i took my bunny for check ups he was told he was going to die (he's 5 now and still alive) Took my dog who has cherry eye as a pup and was told I have to pay £2,000 yet vets4pets told me it would be a few hundred and she doesn't need surgery at all and can be massaged back into place. After leaving the pet plan and switching vets they made me stay in contract for the full year or id have to pay hundreds to cover 1 vaccination for my dog ?? Finished paying it all in February this year and keep getting texts and emails demanding money. Over £200 I was told I had to pay recently and the receptionist was adament and extremely rude to me saying i didnt have money in my account to pay my bills!! After having my mum call her and set her straight as my mums a finance manager they all of a sudden found payments I had made and i no longer owed the over £200! Absolute scam of a company!! BEWARE!
