We've been bringing our Labrador, Olive, to Teddington Medivet since we adopted her just over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier with the care she’s received. The whole team is professional, friendly, and passionate about animals. They’ve always taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and treat Olive with such kindness. A special shoutout to Christie the nurse — she’s been amazing throughout Olive’s journey. Christie is incredibly warm, and patient, and clearly loves what she does. She's helped Olive feel at ease from day one, and we always feel reassured knowing she’s in such capable hands. Olive loves going there — she even pulls us to the door whenever we walk past, just to say hello! That kind of excitement speaks volumes about how well she’s treated. Veterinary nurse always very friendly and reassuring - clearly remembers our dog who has to visit the vets for a procedure fairly often. New vet is friendly and knowledgeable, very reassuring to our dog. Discussed treatment and options for future with no pressure.

Elisabeth was wonderful and very attentive and thorough with our little dog’s examination, she was in for her reoccurring 6 month checkup. The front office staff were friendly and thorough as well, in making sure that her quarterly flea and tick medication was ready when we were finished with the appointment and making sure her follow-up appointment was made for her next jab.

We absolutely love having Rawdon as our vet! We just know that our dogs are in such good care with him. He’s been incredible with diagnosis, putting our minds at ease, walking us through treatment and ongoing care. Any pet owner would be lucky to have him as their vet!!! Couldn’t recommend more!

Our local Medivet in Teddington has had a succession of vets in the 6 years we’ve lived here. A lot of the vets have been locums and latterly the practice is only open Monday to Thursday. No thought has been given to clients without cars. I’m advised that the business are trying to recruit a permanent vet but in the interim the service being provided is dire. Recent research for a dogs teeth clean and scale has shown Medivet’s are charging a minimum of £140 more than 2 other local vets. The practice does not show the costs of veterinary practices or medications. That is not acceptable. Even private medical for humans advertise their prices. I am totally disappointed and disgusted in this business. The latest locum showed no interest in our pooch when we took him in for their “free dental” check up. It was the dog needs a scale and polish. That cost is £500.04
