Services we offer

With our 15-minute consultations, you have enough time to ask our expert vets any - and every - question you might have regarding your pet’s health and lifestyle.

Some of our practices use acupuncture to give pets a gentle yet effective pain relief for a number of conditions.

Some of our practices have been awarded cat-friendly clinic status by the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM).

Caring for all aspects of your pet’s oral health is easy with our excellent dental facilities.

An electrocardiogram (ECG) is a simple, non-invasive test used to detect certain defects in your pet’s heart.

Using a tiny, flexible camera, we’re able to view internal body parts with little surgical intervention.

Receive expert advice from our experienced nurses on keeping your pet healthy and happy.

We know that sometimes it just isn’t possible for you or your pet to travel into one of our practices to receive care. At times like this, our capable and compassionate veterinary teams often offer at home visits.

Quick and efficient testing at our state-of-the-art in-house laboratories is just one aspect of the exceptional care we offer.

At Medivet, we’re proud to offer keyhole surgery as an option at many of our practices.

Your local Medivet practice will be able to issue an Animal Health Certificate for EU travel.

A pet ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique used to view your pet's internal organs and identify potential issues.

Vet Blood Supplies is part of the Medivet community, and together we work to save the lives of dogs across the country.

We use x-ray machines to quickly diagnose issues that might affect your pet.

I qualified in South Africa in 1995 before moving to the area and working as a dedicated small animal vet in Northwest London for 29 years. I have a general practitioner certificate in Feline Practice, and I have a special interest in rehabilitative medicine, including acupuncture. I'm mum to two teenage girls , a rescue crossbreed called Todd, three rescue cats called Madiba , Sheeba and Touché. Being a community vet means that many of my clients have been with me for nearly three decades and I've looked after all their pets and gotten to know all the family and I love that aspect of my job . I enjoy all aspects of soft tissue surgery, medical cases and dentistry including endodontics .

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in 2023, after relocating to London to pursue my veterinary studies. During my time at RVC, I developed an interest in dermatology and cardiology, two fields I am eager to explore further. I am passionate about building strong relationships with clients to help their pets live long, healthy lives. When not in clinic I enjoy cooking, music, and travelling. I am thrilled to join the Temple Fortune community as I embark on my career as a veterinarian.

Head Veterinary Nurse

I moved from South Africa in 2005 to follow my passion for animals. I enrolled in college in 2007 and completed my diploma as a Registered, Qualified Veterinary Nurse a few years later while working as a nurse in Medivet HGS. I had already become the Head Nurse and continued to learn and teach through my work. I love dogs, cats and especially small furries. I have a keen and knowledgeable interest in dog behaviour, which started at the age of 16, when I taught my Dalmatians to fetch their food bowls. I've had many pets of my own: 3 Dalmatians, 2 rats, 2 guinea pigs, many rabbits, 5 guinea fowl, and 3 chickens. I have one pet now, Pepper, a peking bantum chicken, who I rescued at 4 days old. She is now 8 years old. I have 2 children, and after a few years break with them, I've returned to Medivet TF and loving it!

I left my career in the tech industry to follow my passion, working with animals! I joined Medivet in September 2023 and I am loving spending every day with animals, giving them care and attention and watching them make a recovery. At home I have a pet gerbil, and I have spent many years pet sitting and caring for, rehoming and rehabilitating stray cats. My dream is to spend time with, and caring for, wild animals in their natural habitats across the world. An area that also interests me is Animal-Assisted Therapy, where animals who are helped are paired with people who need help, in a beautiful process of mutual healing. I have spent time volunteering in this area and look forward to exploring it more. Advocating for animal rights and welfare is very important to me, as is my work in the (human!) diversity, equity and inclusion space, which I hope to keep up. I look forward to meeting your pets and helping them get back to their normal, happy selves.

I embarked on my academic journey with a deep passion for animal welfare and biology, enrolling in a college program focused on these fields. During my studies, I gained invaluable hands-on experience through a work placement at a veterinary practice. This experience ignited my enthusiasm for veterinary care, leading me to apply to university to further pursue this passion. While attending university, I began working at Medivet Temple Fortune, where I am currently a student nurse. This role has allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting, enriching my skills and confirming my dedication to veterinary nursing. I particularly enjoy interacting with clients, educating them about their pets' health and well-being, and providing compassionate care. Now, as I near the completion of my veterinary nursing course, I am excited to continue my career at Medivet Temple Fortune, where I can contribute to the health and well-being of animals and build strong relationships with their owners.

Justine and her team are simply wonderful, hard working, professional and above all caring. In the last year they worked under difficult circumstances but our beloved pets couldn't have had and still have a better care. A big thank you to all.

Wonderful veterinary practice. Vets, nurses and all staff are genuine and caring. They take the time to get to know your pet, put them at ease and build trust. This makes vet visits a positive experience for your pet, and the client. Can't recommend enough.

The best medivet ! I’ve registered at a couple of others before in the area but this one is absolutely wonderful . The receptionists are warm and welcoming , and were so happy to see my puppy 🐶 very personal as well :) the vet we had was lovely also and was besotted with my little Hoshi :) very professional got seen very quickly even though I arrived earlier . They care so much ! Other medivets seem a bit mechanical and cold and it can be daunting going to a new vets but honestly couldn’t feel more relaxed and welcome 🙏 Looking forward to returning :)

I brought my Sphynx cat in for her vaccinations and saw a lovely vet called Dominika. She was very warm and friendly and also very knowledgeable about the breed. She was great with my cat and did everything she could to make her comfortable as she was a bit nervous getting her vaccinations. Thanks Dominika! You were brilliant.
