Our out-of-hours provider has changed
We’re pleased to announce that all out-of-hours appointments can now be seen at our Medivet Horsford practice. If you call us when we’re closed, your call will automatically be diverted to Medivet Horsford, where a vet will be onsite up until midnight every night, and on call after midnight should you need them. A nurse will be onsite throughout the night. They will be able to access your pet’s notes immediately through our purpose built computer system.

Nose-to-tail health check
We're excited to announce that we're now offering a new nose-to-tail health check, discounted up to 25%. This includes a coat examination, body conditioning check, mobility assessment plus a flea, tick, teeth and ear check. If required your pet can also receive a nail clip. This appointment will be up to 30 minutes and carried out by one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses. Call the practice to book in your pets nose-to-tail health check today.

We have used Medivet in Thorpe, Norwich for 8 years for our two cats. Aphro and Deity. We have consistently had expert, professional and courteous service from the vets through to the reception team. We have recently seen Christina for our cats for a couple of years and she is excellent. Kind and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Christina and the practice. Thank you

We cannot recommended Medivet at Thorpe highly enough. We have been using the practice for 8 years and have consistently received an expert, professional and courteous service. Efficient and polite reception staff. Christina is an excellent vet, a pleasure to deal with and is wonderful with our two cats. She always takes time to explain things properly and we do not feel rushed. A super practice

Really friendly place. Reception friendly and wait time just few minutes. Kid friendly place. Well informed consultation. All my questions were answered. Glad that I chose this surgery. Kitten was calm and comfortable under doctor’s hands. I can only recommend.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care our Chihuahua, Roscoe, received yesterday. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The veterinarian was compassionate, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable—Roscoe was treated like a member of their own family. What really stood out was the time they took to explain everything clearly and kindly, without ever making us feel rushed. Roscoe can be a little nervous, but he was so calm in their hands—it was amazing to see! The level of professionalism combined with true empathy and warmth made a stressful situation so much easier. great service and super friendly nurses and vets, we used to go to the medivet in london and called in for an appointment, and i didn't have to register again because my data was already on the medivet database. after my appointment, i asked to change my main practice to this one, but the nurse had already done it when we were on the phone without me asking, so i was really impressed
