Zophia spends most of her time managing the practice and our wonderful team. Keeping everything running smoothly is more than a full time job, and on top of this Zophia is always looking for ways in which we can exceed our clients' expectations. Most of Zophia's time is spent behind the scenes supporting our team, and complements the veterinary staff. I had to take my little dog Evie to the surgery on Saturday 31st may.Sadly she had to be put to sleep as she could not carry on with all she had wrong with her.Thelady vet and the receptionist were kindness to a fault and I cannot thank them enough for what they did in making a unbearable experience so calming for Evie and myself.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Brilliant from the vets and the ladies on the counter. Had some trouble getting my cat into the carrier at home and they were very accomodating with my appointment time. Myself and Bryan (my cat) would definitely recommend!

I will be forever grateful for what you have done for my dog Benji. On the 25th of April I took Benji to see my vet as he lost the use of his back legs I was so worried I was going to lose him, the vet then promptly got me an emergency appointment with Liverpool hospital which we took him down and they immediately took him for an MRI scan and immediately operated on him he stayed in over the weekend and we picked him up Monday he had a slipped disc which was squashing his spine he's having complete rest unless I'm giving him his physio or I take him to do what he needs to do for 4 to 6 weeks. But he's now able to walk again but still a bit unsteady, you are all mirrical worker's

The team in Medivet Tyldesley are absolutely phenomenal! The front house staff are very helpful and friendly. Maria, our surgeon, was absolutely amazing! We have a very anxious dog but she dealt with him in such a professional and loving manner. She was also really knowledgeable and reassuring. Would definitely recommend :)
