Despite awful weather, and quite a few poorly animals, Hagrid the cat 🐈 was seen as soon as possible, and had a clean bill of health. Brilliant thank you 😊

Our cat was seen quite promptly after I complained at there not being a vet appointment for another week. When the vet did see her she was sensible and did not jump to conclusions requiring expensive precedures and instead gave her a more potent worm pill. The staff were helpful and efficient and it must have been difficult for them having to explain to their clients that they did not have a vet or a locum to replace them.

We had reached the stage with our senior dog that it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge. The team came to our home and were amazing and compassionate throughout. We also received a beautiful condolence card from the MediVet team, each person had written condolence messages, above and beyond every time, thank you team MediVet Wem

Sadly our only experience of the practice was in Nov 23 when 4 days after moving to wem we had to have our beloved Finn put to sleep. It was his time and the staff were truly wonderful caring and compassionate. Thank you x
