Just looking at reviews as I left here a year or two ago as I took my cat who had a lump on his face which I thought was a bite. Vlad told me he needed a tooth out that would cost between £800-1200. “I can do tmrw morning at 9am” no antibiotics, just get him in first thing. He said may cost more if more teeth need removing. Surely he could tell me that there n then. I booked cat in next morning in shock. Once home I cancelled my appointment, only to have a little while later a call from them, not from receptionist but from vlad the “impaler) the vet himself, asking why I had cancelled his appointment and that he would suffer. I went elsewhere and he got antibiotics and have never gone back there. No care, just a business to make money. Never heard of the vet himself calling a pets owner
